Exercise Therapy

For patients with musculoskeletal disease, step-by-step therapeutic exercise tailored to each person restores strength and corrects posture imbalance to relieve pain.

We run an active sports rehabilitation center with scientifically and medically proven methods, so athletes and general patients return quickly to pain-free daily life and to the fitness they had before injury or surgery.

Schroth therapy

A leading exercise therapy for scoliosis. The body is divided into four blocks to classify spinal rotation, and treatment is tailored to the type. Patients learn about their condition, how to use their muscles and how to breathe, which helps correct posture and prevent recurrence.

Sling exercise therapy

Patients exercise actively using suspended ropes to treat injured areas. Sling positions change with the goal. Using gravity and body weight improves muscle stability and control, and strengthening and relaxation happen together for a better effect.

WE LIVENon-surgical treatment of the root cause: restoring muscle elasticity without pain, maximizing mobility and improving body balance.

Recommended for

Wider range of motion

Stretching and exercise relax stiff muscles and joints.

Stronger muscles

Exercise rebuilds wasted muscles around the injury and improves joint function.

Better spine and joint function

Stronger muscles and joints resist impact and help prevent recurrence.

Questions patients ask

Can I do this at a regular gym?

Exercise therapy is treatment through exercise. It relaxes or strengthens the muscles causing pain so they work properly, and should be done at an orthopedic clinic.

I didn't sweat or feel like I exercised. Is that normal?

Yes. Exercise therapy focuses on muscle function rather than power, training the deep stabilizing muscles rather than large ones, so it may not feel like a workout at first. As the deep muscles activate, you feel warmth, the body stabilizes and pain eases.

How long does it take?

It depends on your condition, and progresses from pain relief, to living pain-free, to a stable, stronger body without recurrence. Keep going beyond pain relief to build habits that let you care for yourself long term.

AftercareOverdoing it can raise the chance of recurrence. The program is set according to your ability, constitution and condition, not as sudden intense exercise.
